Daily meditation is something everyone can do for one's overall wellbeing. Flow Art (Paint Pouring) is something everyone can do for fun, creativity, and peace of mind! Join artist and coach, Marsia Shuron Harris as she shares with you her "Flowosophy" and this unique approach to mindfulness. Each 75 minute session will begin with Meditation and end with an Acrylic Paint Pour, journaling and Check out. All of this for Free! No Experience Necessary. All are welcome (12+).

PLEASE BE ON TIME. BRING PILLOW or FLOOR MATT for your comfort (chairs available), and a JOURNAL or PAD for writing. WEAR loose fitting clothes and bring an APRON or SMOCK for painting. PAINTINGS will need to dry before transport. PICK UP next day or make other arrangements.
